A key player for the ladder-leading North Bendigo in the Heathcote DNA, Smith scored 44 of 47 goals in the victory on the Horsham City court.
The play by the Heathcote DNA goalshooter earned the VCFL medal.
Colbinabbin team-mates Olivia McEvoy and Louise Dupey were among the best in the Heathcote league's win.
The 17-match ended in a 50-35 win for Horsham.
Jessie Hardess from Lockington-Bamawm United earned the VCFL medal.
Carly Mitchell from White Hills and Tannah Couchman from Huntly played well for Heathcote DNA.
Horsham scored a 66-17 victory in the 15-under match.
Lockington-Bamawm United's Rebecca Eade was best on court and received the VCFL medal.
Jamison Lowe from Colbinabbin and Courtney West from Leitchville-Gunbower played well.
A closely-fought 13-under match ended in a 27-21 win for Horsham.
Elmore's Kirra Niven earned the VCFL medal.
Colbinabbin's Jamie Parker and Leitchville-Gunbower's Macey Brereton were among the beat for the Heathcote DNA line-up.
Meanwhile, Loddon Valley's open team was beaten by Central Highlands at Bungaree.
The Higlands led 16-10 at quarter-time and 31-20 at half-time.
Loddon Valey fought back strongly to score a dozen goals in the third term, but its tally was matched by the Highlanders.
At the final whistle, Central Highlands led 57-39.
Best players for the Loddon Valley were Kirby Mann from Pyramid Hill and Laura Hicks from Mitiamo.
Meanwhile, Maryborough-Castlemaine's netball stars were beaten in Saturday's battles with Geelong District.
Although the MCDFNL had home-court advantage at Princes Park, it was Geelong DFL which reigned supreme.
Geelong District won the open match, 45-39.
The 17-under match ended in a 44-21 victory for Geelong District.
