TEGAN Baines is thrilled with the Bendigo community's support for her two-year-old niece.
Mrs Baines has organised a market and silent auction to raise money for her niece Georgie Manning.
Georgie has primitive neuroectodermal tumours, a rare cancer.
Georgie's Market is at Eaglehawk Secondary College from 10am until 3pm on Sunday.
"So many people wanted to help out so I decided to have a fundraising event," Mrs Baines said.
"I rallied six girls and we decided the easiest way was to do a market. Then we added a silent auction."
Mrs Baines wanted to thank everyone involved, particularly Eaglehawk's IGA, fire brigade and secondary college, as well as Eaglehawk Party Hire, Coates Hire and Dunlop & Pitson Earth Moving.
The market will include 44 stalls and children's entertainment.
The silent auction comprises about 120 items.
