Police from multiple units executed a warrant at a home in Moray Crescent shortly after 3pm Thursday.
Officers allegedly seized $50,000 in cash, about four long arm guns, a pistol, and a pen pistol.
About 20 times the trafficable quantity of ice was allegedly seized, along with pills and cannabis.
A 25-year-old man, who was at the home with a female at the time of the raid, is facing charges of drug trafficking.
The woman has been charged and bailed to appear at Bendigo Magistrates Court on July 21.
Sergeant Mick Peckham said the man was safely arrested without incident.
“It was a joint effort between a number of police units which resulted in the excellent results achieved and the arrest of the offender,” he said.
“It’s probably unusual to find a pen pistol.
“But we’re obviously aware that they’re out there.
“It was certainly a concern that a number of those firearms were loaded.”
Police were preparing a remand application for the man on Friday afternoon.
Sergeant Peckham said the man is the brother of a 22-year-old East Bendigo resident facing similar charges.
Raids were simultaneously carried out at the Moray Crescent home and a home in Casey Street.
“The 22-year-old has been charged and bailed to appear at Bendigo Magistrates Court,” Sergeant Peckham said.
“He’s been charged with trafficking cannabis, possession and use of cannabis and methamphetamine and a charge in relation to possession of ammunition.”
Police allegedly found a Taser at the home, which is subject to a charge of possessing a prohibited weapon.
A police investigation led to the raid, Sergeant Peckham said.
