The Loddon League cut half of the original 18-person squad it named earlier this month.
The open team will take on Central Highland’s best on Saturday at Bungaree.
The team includes YCW duo Cara Bastian and Laura Hamilton.
Both Bastian and Hamilton were a part of the Loddon Valley Netball League’s A-grade premiership last season.
Pyramid Hill’s Gabby Kennedy and Kirby Mann were named in the team as well as Bridgewater pair Kym Childs and Carolyn Wood.
Mitiamo’s Laura Hicks and Crystal Williams are a part of the team.
While Loddon Valley ladder-leaders Calivil United, has just the one representative in the team, shooter Christie Rogers.
Last year’s inter-league game saw Loddon Valley netballers put up a good fight against Horsham.
However a strong third-quarter from Horsham meant the team fell short by three goals.
Mitiamo coach Jenny Morrison will lead the inter-league team after a few years away from the job.
Meanwhile in round six action of the Loddon Valley Netball League, Calivil United scored a massive 39 goals over Marong.
In what was a high-scoring game Bridgewater defeated Mitiamo 66 to 57.
The win now puts Bridgewater into fourth position on the ladder.
Pyramid Hill and Bears-Lagoon Serpentine fought out a close game, with the Bulldogs coming out on top by six goals.
YCW also won over Newbridge on Saturday afternoon, the final score 56 to 36.
There will be no netball this week due to the inter-league clash.
