After leading by four points at half-time, CCB started the final term four points behind.
A dominant onball and midfield brigade set up many attacks on the way to a 73-54 victory at WLJ Croft Reserve in Altona.
Leading goalkickers for CCB were Patrick Ludeman, three, and John Harvey, two.
Tom Broadbent, Jayden Burke, Jack Coghlan, Rhys Deacon, Jack Exell and Dylan Morris were also on target for the winners.
Best players were Dylan Morris, Lachlan Watson, Rhys Deacon, John Harvey, Patrick Ludeman, Jake Moorhead, Ryan Twycross and Tom Broadbent.

The CCB team is coached by Lee Coghlan, a graduate of the school.
Coghlan has won a Michelsen Medal as best and fairest in the Bendigo Football League's senior competition and is playing a key role as an onballer for the unbeaten Sandhurst. He previously played for the Bendigo Pioneers.
In the schools football action, Catholic College Bendigo and Bendigo Senior Secondary College have won their opening two matches.
The unbeaten schools will do battle on June 3 at Queen Elizabeth Oval.
Meanwhile, the Sandhurst Division finals for years 7 to 9 girls football is on Friday at Strathfieldsaye's Flight Centre Park in Tannery Lane.
First matches kick off at 10am.
The grand final will be played from 2pm on Strathfieldsaye Storm's turf.
