THE emergency response to a mock training exercise in Bendigo this week will be reviewed ahead of recommendations for areas of improvement.
More than 100 people, including representatives from Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, SES, CFA and other agencies, took part in the emergency services' operation at Pipers Lane, East Bendigo, on Thursday.
SES regional officer Wayne Grincais said the exercise had gone well.
"We're having a forum tonight to go through things that worked really well, things that we can improve on and out of that we'll try and integrate into the way we work together," he said.
"With the exercise itself there were no major hiccups identified.
"There were a couple of little areas for us to think about how we may do things but certainly no major things.
"If it had have been a real incident, it would have went really well."
