A DRIVER of a white Holden commodore reached speeds of 180 km/h on the Loddon Valley Highway on Friday afternoon.

Police followed the vehicle for 15 minutes but were forced to call off the pursuit after the driver of the commodore reached dangerous speeds about 3.30pm.
