Police attended the residential property in Hunter Avenue, Eaglehawk on Monday, April 21.
They believe the KTM 150SX motorcycle, which has several race modifications, was taken between April 14 and 21.
Police are calling for witnesses who have seen the bike or have information regarding the burglary and theft to contact Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit or Crimestoppers.
Police also want to talk to anyone who saw suspicious behaviour at Jackass Flat after a burglary between April 21 and 23.
An offender climbed onto the roof of a house under construction in Bursaria Street and entered the house.
Nothing was stolen although there was an attempt to steel fixtures from inside the premises.
Police urge anyone who saw suspicious activity around any of the houses under construction in the Jackass Flat area to contact Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit on 54481370 or Crimestoppers 1800 333 000.
