A thief broke into Moro & Dooly Accident Repair Centre in Phillips Drive, Kangaroo Flat about 4am on April 21.
The offender stole items including a white 2008 Yamaha YW100 BEEWEE scooter with the Victorian registration GL978.
Police believe the thief was in the area for some time before the theft.
