There were no signs of forced entry at the premises, and it is not known what time the theft occurred.
Staff discovered the open safe early Tuesday morning and police are investigating the incident.
It is not known how much money was taken from the Bath Lane venue.
It is not suggested the theft is linked.
Detective Senior Constable Jason Smith said officers were also investigating two incidents at Kangaroo Flat.
Moro & Dooly Accident Repair Centre at Phillips Drive was targeted in one of the attempted burglaries.
“A premises in Phillips Drive in Kangaroo Flat was targeted,” he said.
“Unknown offenders forced entry into there.
“There doesn’t appear to have been anything taken.
“Police have also identified that they’ve tried to gain entry into another premises near High Street, which appears to have occurred around 6pm.”
It’s believed M & C Tyres may have been targeted.
Garry Phillips, who owns the Phillips Drive complex, said three security cameras covered the street.
“We’ll be installing more cameras as more buildings go in and there is security in nearly all of the factories,” he said.
“Moro & Dooly has cameras on the front door and in the office, so there will no doubt be footage.”
Mr Phillips said the last burglary at the precinct was more than a year ago.
"We generally don't have a lot of incidents here," he said.
Police are seeking public assistance.
“We’re seeking information on anyone who may have been acting suspicious around that time,” Detective Senior Constable Smith said.
“If anyone’s got any information they should contact us.”
