COLBINABBIN scored a stunning victory against Mount Pleasant in the Good Friday start to round three in the Heathcote District Football League season.
The Grasshoppers won every quarter on their way to a 58-point victory on the Blues' turf at Toolleen.
Mounts battled to stop the onslaught as Colbo chalked up its first victory of the season.
Colbinabbin surged to a 24-point lead by quarter-time and increased the margin in the second.
The Grasshoppers won a lot of the midfield duels and the defence teamed well against a Mounts attack that included Matt Gretgrix and Kain Robins.
The match ended with Colbo well in front, 99-41.
Leroy Miller kicked four goals for Colbo, while Pat O'Brien, Linton Jacobs, Matthew McEvoy and Lochlan Sirett were best.
After kicking a dozen goals across the opening two rounds, Gretgrix was kept to just two in this match.
Luke Milroy led the Mounts attack on three goals.
Best for the Derrick Filo-coached Blues were Robins, James Walsh, Chris Black and Brad King.
Meanwhile, Leitchville-Gunbower dominated at home against Heathcote.
The Bombers scored a 122-point victory against the Saints.
Heathcote scored just one goal in the opening three quarters as the Bombers kicked away for an 18-goal lead at a quarter to go.
Troy Parker kicked six goals in a match where Kade Merlo, Steve Pretty and Jye Keath starred for the Bombers.
