The Dragons head onto Storm's turf at Flight Centre Park determined to keep their winning run rolling.
It's the same scenario for Strathfieldsaye which has started the season with a home win against Golden Square and then at Eaglehawk.
The Sandhurst line-up is bolstered by the return of onballer/midfielder Jon Coghlan for Saturday's contest.
Coghlan spent summer working and playing footy in Darwin.
"It's great to have Jon back in our team," said Sandhurst coach Brett Fitzpatrick.
"He gives us other variations through midfield and onball."
A skilful Sandhurst midfield includes Nick Stagg playing his 100th senior match for the club.
While the Dragons have few injuries to be worried about, Storm will be without Stephen Milne for this clash.
The star from St Kilda has kicked eight goals in two matches.
Fitzpatrick said Storm still had plenty of marking and attacking power to be wary of.
Dragons' defenders Tom Hartney, Codie Price, Matt Thornton and Andy O'Connor have been among the best in the winning start.
"The key for us will be the midfield battles. Being able to control the midfield should mean we have more shots on goal than Storm," Fitzpatrick said.
Inaccurate kicking was the one blight on the Dragons wins against South Bendigo and Kyneton.
"We have been creating enough opportunities. We just have to capitalise."
There will be many intriguing match-ups in this battle on the wide expanses at the ground in Tannery Lane.
