Bendigo was beaten 2-1 by the Saints at Churchill Reserve after squandering a half-time lead.
Bendigo had led 1-0 at half-time following a goal to Matthew Breeze.
However, the Saints responded to the challenge, scoring two second-half goals through Adam Nakic and Craig Sweeney to deny Bendigo not only the win, but any points from the game.
The result leaves FC Bendigo with a draw and three losses and sitting 12th on the ladder after four rounds.
