The name of the space is the Amaroo Art Gallery.
'Amaroo' is an Aboriginal word meaning beautiful place.
The pair set out to create a place for all forms of art.
The stone gallery studio houses works by both artists as well as many other local artists.
Artist Harry Long said the building and the setting were the perfect place for inspiration.
"We have a gallery and a studio here," he said.
"We are full-time artists now.
"That's what you do when you retire, although we have done it all of our lives.
"Now we can both donate more time to our art."
