A group of about 20 people gathered to more learn about foods that are good for their health.
The information session and cooking demonstration was conducted by Amy and Mark Holmes from Shape Health and Fitness.
Mrs Holmes said the expo informed people on how they could incorporate super foods into their everyday diets.
"We wanted to teach people how they can create easy and quick meals incorporating the super foods," she said.
"Super foods are starting to be recognised as an older style of food which are now called super foods because of their nutritional value.
"They are really good for your health and very easy to add into your diet."
Mrs Holmes said the expo had attracted a lot of interest.
She said the pair would consider hosting another similar event in the future.
