Barclay coached Australian tennis champion Pat Cash to a famous Wimbledon victory in 1987.
He is now a Tennis Australia Development coach.
The Super 10’s tournament is set to begin at the Bendigo Tennis Complex on Nolan Street later this month on April 26.
The competition is for boys and girls aged 10 and under and is aimed to teach young aspiring players about fair play, team work and acknowledgment.
The Super 10’s is made up of four boy’s teams and four girl’s teams with each team consisting of at least four players.
Players will then play one singles match and one doubles matches.
All matches are timed at just 50 minutes.
Four rounds of tennis will be played in the tournament.
Players who take part in the tournament will also have the chance to receive rewards including the chance to toss the coin at the final of the Australian Open.
Registrations close for the Super 10’s Bendigo Challenge Day on April 21.
