The event will see 73 teams across the state take part.
There will be teams from Geelong, Ballarat, Shepparton, Mildura and Taralgon.
The championships will be the third of four Basketball Victoria major events run in Bendigo this year.
Games will be held throughout the city's courts with the matches beginning at the Bendigo Stadium at 9am on Saturday.
Matches will also be played at the Flora Hill Stadium.
Entry to all games is free.
