Uniting AgeWell - Strath-Haven on Condon Street will have a sausage sizzle, face painting, animal farm and raffle, as well as a bedroom display.
The event will take place on Saturday from 11am until 3pm.
The centre's integrated services manager Jo Wallis said the nursing home had recently built a hairdresser's, coffee shop and gift shop on the site.
"We've just finished a refurbishment project so we're wanting to open the doors to show people what we've achieved," Ms Wallis said.
"We're trying to showcase the diverse services that we offer."
She said the facility had 94 beds and that Uniting AgeWell also offered temporary respite services that allowed older people to stay at the facility when their carers were unavailable.
