The Festival App and Facebook are helping us to communicate directly with ... different audiences.
This year the Bendigo Easter Festival Committee introduced a brand new website.
The website will include important information including activities, special events, maps, parade times and routes.
Chair of the Bendigo Easter Festival Committee Cr Rod Fyffe said the festival was moving with the times.
"In the lead up to this year's festival we are also using social media to market the many activities taking place," he said.
"The Festival App and Facebook are helping us to communicate directly with a range of different audiences.
"To keep them informed about everything that's happening this Easter in Bendigo.
"Easter is a great time to welcome family and friends to Bendigo because there is so much to see and do.
"This year we have added some new and exciting events and entertainment.
"I encourage people to visit our new website, download the app and like us on Facebook to be kept up to date."
The official website gives important information for visitors to the town and for locals.
The 2014 Bendigo Easter Festival takes place from April 18 to 21.
