The three-day titles for boys and girls tip off Saturday and will be the third of four Basketball Victoria major events run in Bendigo for the calendar year.
"Junior titles played in Bendigo this year have drawn more than 7000 people to Bendigo," said Craig Green, manager of sport at Bendigo Stadium.
"Support from the City of Greater Bendigo was imperative to having these events here," Green said.
There will be 73 teams involved this weekend.
“Major association teams coming to Bendigo include Geelong, Ballarat, Shepparton, Mildura, Traralgon to name just a few.
"Leading players for the challenge for titles from the Bendigo Basketball Association in the girls include Ruby Barkmeyer and Danielle O’Toole.
"The Bendigo under-14 boys team includes Kai Daniels and Elliot Beks sons of Bendigo Braves legends Ricky Daniels and David Beks.
"The Bendigo under-14 boys are coached by David Beks."
Games will be held throughout many Bendigo venues on Saturday, with game starting at 9am at the Bendigo Stadium. The final two days on Sunday and Monday will be played at the Bendigo Stadium and Flora Hill from 9am.
Entry is free to all stadiums.
