Staff at the centre were forced to find new jobs after Bendigo TAFE announced its closure late last year.
Brad Mullen, whose family had been using the centre for eight years, said the staff were great.
"It is really sad," he said.
Parent Nicole Richter said her children had learned to love the centre staff.
"When you put your children into childcare you want them to be looked after like they are family members," she said.
"The beauty of the centre was everyone knew everyone.
"There was a real personal connection (between the staff and children)."
Another parent Tamara Black said the centre staff were friendly.
She said her daughter Keileigh, 2, had enjoyed going to BRIT Beginners.
