Sent out at odds of $3.30, Star System and jockey Chad Schofield fought on to win the Jayco Maiden Plate (1000m).
Runner-up was Ring King ($5), ridden by Michael Rodd, as Bendigo-raised jockey Brad Rawiller finished third aboard $11-shot Rocky Elmano.
Four races later and the Fliedner-trained He's Commanding took out the First Light Racing Handicap (1100m) by a short half-head.
Schofield was in the saddle as the $4.50 shot beat The Main Show ($15) and Mr Cooley ($41).
It was to be a winning treble when Schofield rode Tiny's Legacy to a half-length victory in the Centrebet Handicap (1600m).
Bendigo trainer Shaun Dwyer watched Tiger Tuff prove to be just that in the Centrebet Handicap (2400m).
Brad Rawiller chalked up another Bendigo win as the $7.50-shot careered away to win by 5 1/2 lengths from Shadow Dance.
