The clubs - along with the Kyneton Football and Netball Club - have banded together to organise a celebrity versus locals Twenty20 cricket benefit match.
The event will honour Courtney Keast, who lost her life in a boating accident this year.
In just three weeks, the Kyneton clubs have gathered ten celebrities to take part in the cricket match.
Olympic cycling gold medalist Scott McGrory, former Australian test cricketer Bryce McGain and former Australian women's test captain Karen Rolton are among the many to volunteer their time and play in the match.
Courtney's mum Jodie Keast - who will do the coin toss on the day - said her family had been humbled by the support.
Co-organiser Steven Tatterson said several Kyneton businesses had sponsored the event, with a target of $20,000 to go towards the Keast family.
"The support from the community and even Melbourne has been amazing and we've been able to organise this so quickly because everyone is so willing to help," he said.
"While we're hoping to help out with expenses, it's more of a celebration of Courtney's life and a night for her.
