Every-Hall competed at the Sydney International Rowing Regatta, one of Australia's largest rowing events of the year.
The former Bendigo rower, who now lives in Queensland, finished second in the Open Lightweight Women's Single Scull 2000m final.
She was 2.03 seconds behind winner Ella Flecker.
The Sydney Regatta is the first major event Every-Hall has competed in since the London Olympics in 2012.
She took time out of the sport since the Games.
At the Olympics, Every-Hall managed to make the final of the lightweight double sculls.
The Sydney International Rowing Regatta ends on Sunday.
