Crome, from Bendigo, finished fourth in the elite men's A-grade event and tops the overall standings on 27 points, seven clear of Alistair Donohoe.
His CharterMason/Giant squad leads the team classification.
In the women's A-grade, Hanson was eighth on the tough 47km climb from Mansfield to Mount Buller, but it was enough to retain the overall lead. Her Building Champions Squad heads the women's teams table.
On Saturday, Hanson won the women's A-grade Mansfield Criterium.
