The shave took place at Castlemaine Secondary College, which Mr Elliott's brother Travis attends, and the two brothers ran a lunchtime sausage sizzle, before undergoing the razor together.
Mr Elliott said this was the third time he had shaved for a cure and he loved getting involved in the cause.
"Every time I raise money I just love it," he said.
Mr Elliott said his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011, which impacted him greatly.
"I couldn't cope with the fact someone in my family had cancer," he said.
He said his mother was an "amazing woman".
"I would be lost without her," he said.
Mr Elliott said he found it upsetting that people became sick with Leukemia and he was happy to raise money for a cure.
