Knox duo, Richards and Wilson, are currently at the Basketball Australia National Centre of Excellence in Canberra for an Opals camp.
Round one Lady Braves MVP Alex Bunton is also attending the Australian camp.
Richards a two-time WNBL All-Star Five player is nursing a knee injury but Chalmers is expecting both players to suit up for the Raiders in the round two SEABL match.
Her Lady Braves teammates Heather Oliver and Chantella Perera will also come up against the pair.
Earlier this month Chalmers, Oliver, Perera, Richards and Wilson all celebrated their second-straight WNBL championship.
Chalmers said she is excited about the game.
“It will be like any other game,” she said.
“Often at Bendigo Spirit training we would do scrimmages and both Gabe (Richards) and Kelly (Wilson) would be on the opposite side.
“The only difference is that was for practice and Sunday’s game is for points.
“They (Richards and Wilson) will be back in time for the game and I am sure they will be ready to go.”
Chalmers scored six points in the Lady Braves’ round one win against Brisbane.
She said it was a good effort after the team had trained just once together before the match.
The 31-year-old said it wasn’t ideal that the Lady Braves couldn’t train all together, but said that was the nature of the sport.
“Knox is in the same boat as us, their team has changed slightly on last year and so has ours,” Chalmers said.
“Both teams won’t be at a 100 per cent but we will be prepared.
The Lady Braves and Knox Raiders tip off at noon at the State Basketball Centre at noon.
