Bootcamp Bendigo and Contours Women’s Fitness have joined forces for Bendigo’s Biggest Workout.
The 60-minute group training session is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, with the focus on mass participation and exercise.
Bendigo's Biggest Workout is a fundraiser for the Bendigo Health Foundation and will be at the Epsom Huntly Recreation Reserve from 9am this Sunday.
Sue Walton from Contours Women’s Fitness is passionate about encouraging people to get active.
“Getting the people of Bendigo to make healthier lifestyle choices is my work, my passion and my obsession," she said.
"Bendigo’s Biggest Workout will prove that getting outside and moving is fun and do-able across all fitness levels and age groups."
The Bendigo Health Foundation is dedicated to improving the health care of central Victorian residents by raising money for Bendigo Health.
Donations from individuals and businesses ensure patients receive the best health care possible.
“This event is not only a great fundraiser for the foundation, but is also strongly aligned with an aspect of Bendigo Health’s new vision – healthy communities,” Bendigo Health foundation director Jane Anderson said.
“We hope as many people as possible come and enjoy the workout and continue to work towards a healthy community.”
