Who better to cheer you up than the people who know you best.
Thirdly, volunteer. Voluntary work is very rewarding and self-satisfying.
Fourthly, Google photos of dogs underwater - it's guaranteed you will laugh so hard you will cry.
Fifthly, act happy. Fake it till you feel it, it's worth a shot.
Sixth, watch a comedy. Suggestions include Me, Myself and Irene or Bridesmaid.
Seven, think about some good past memories - you must have lots.
Eight, plan a holiday and book it. You deserve it, go on, go and Google.
Nine, make a list of 20 things that make you happy and do them.
Ten, laugh out loud.
