The showcase game will be held on May 31, during Reconciliation Week, with the Golden Square Football Netball Club taking on the Sandhurst Football Netball Club.
The two clubs will compete for the Wirama Shield.
The Indigenous football round has been developed by Dja Dja Wurrung Clans Aboriginal Corporation, Dja Dja Wurrung Enterprises, AFL Central Victoria and LendLease.
As part of the celebration match, artists have been encouraged to design two different guernsey's for the competing teams.
With the winning artist receiving a cash prize of $400, four tickets to the match and the guernsey displaying the design.
Artists can choose to design one or both of the teams guernsey's.
