Council on the Ageing Victoria is working with older people throughout the state to make our communities more age friendly.
The forum, which takes place from 10am on Tuesday at the Reception Room in the City Offices of the City of Greater Bendigo, will address how to create age friendly communities.
From 10am to 12.30pm there will be a fun fitness and the pelvic floor session.
From 1.30pm to 3.30 pm the session focuses on creating age friendly communities and deals with how older people can become actively involved in making their communities places where they can live safely, enjoy good health, continue to learn and stay involved.
