The club's strip was unveiled on Thursday night in the build-up to Sunday's clash at Avondale Heights.
Bendigo's traditional colours of blue and gold will be worn in the club's first season in the new National Premier League.
The club will play home games in a predominantly gold uniform, with a blue and white stripe.
The away kit is primarily white with a blue and gold stripe.
Football Club Bendigo operations manager Brock Rogers said using Bendigo’s traditional colours was never in question.
"It was important for the club to distinguish itself from other clubs in Melbourne.
“We wanted to stick with traditional Bendigo colours of royal blue and gold but understood that so many clubs in Melbourne had blue as a primary colour.
"In order to differentiate ourselves we have gone with gold as the primary colour," Rogers said.
Football Club Bendigo's first home match is on Saturday, April 5 against Moreland Zebras.
