A primary goal of the event is a fundraiser for talented scullers Scott Balmer and Meaghan Lowndes in the lead-up to the national titles.
Sunday's event will run between 10am and 2pm. Sausage sizzle and drinks available. Cost for the day is $10.
Newcomers to rowing will be able to work on basic skills on the ergo machine and then on the water in doubles (two-seat) or quad (four-seat) sculls.
The national titles run from March 24 to 28 in Penrith.
