EARLIER: A truck driver in his 20s is trapped inside his vehicle after it rolled in Rochester about 4pm.
The accident occurred on Bonn Road.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesman said the entrapment was mechanical rather than medical.
He said the man was conscious.
