The feline adventurer wandered into the Bendigo store on Friday morning after uncharacteristically disappearing in January.
Bush's Produce director Damian O'Brien said the staff had no idea where Tiger got to.
"A regular customer came in as Tiger sauntered in," he said.
"That person picked her up and brought her in and said, 'look who I found!'
"We're not sure where (Tiger has been)."
Mr O'Brien said Tiger, who had been missing for seven weeks, would spend the night at a veterinary clinic.
"She was a bit malnourished and looked like she had a hiding from some other cats but there's nothing to suggest she won't get well," he said.
"The vet seems to think she will get well quite quickly.
"We're just rapt she is back. Hopefully she will be released tomorrow."
Tiger will stay with a staff member over the weekend before a decision is made as to when Tiger will return to the store.
"Hopefully she will be right to come back next week," Mr O'Brien said.
"But we will assess her and get her checked again before she comes back."
Last night on Facebook Bush's Produce said Tiger was on a drip receiving fluids.
The post also said she is eating well and expected to make a full recovery.
When Tiger went missing in January, Bush's Produce manager Frank Webb called on the community via Facebook to help find the cat.
"Tiger lives indoors, and the fact that she is missing is unusual," the post read.
"Have you seen Tiger in the past few days? Tiger is a senior cat with a distinctive eye marking. Please contact us if you have any information."
Last night on Facebook support flowed for the store's good news.
It was clear regular customers had missed Tiger's company in the store.
"We might have to get her a bell or a GPS for her collar to track her a bit easier but hopefully she's learnt her lesson," Mr O'Brien said.
