“Everyone got through unscathed, that’s the main thing,’’ Harrower said.
“The last thing you need before a grand final is someone getting injured.”
Harrower put the Spirit through a two-hour training session at Bendigo Stadium ahead of Sunday’s WNBL grand final against the Townsville Fire.
“We’re ready to go,’’ Harrower said.
“I was pretty happy with the intensity at training and the spirit around the team is very good.
“The girls were very chirpy and that’s a good sign.”
The Spirit will complete their preparation with a light training session on Saturday.
The Fire, who arrive in Bendigo this evening, will also train at Bendigo Stadium on Saturday.
Tickets for the final are still available from the ticket office at Bendigo Stadium.
