Jake Rinaldi faced the Bendigo Magistrates court on Tuesday over nine charges.
Three charges relate to alleged possession of GHB and ice in Melbourne on October 27, 2013.
Rinaldi has also been charged with trafficking and possessing ice, possessing ecstasy, possessing $1980 suspected of being the proceeds of crime and driving an unlicensed vehicle on March 3. He is also accused of using ice on March 1.
Prosecutor Sergeant David Somerton told the court Rinaldi had “made no efforts at all to remove himself from the drug sub-culture.” He will reappear in court March 21.
