Flynn Perez, Frank Gibbs, Thomas Kay, Mitchell Graham and Jesse Matthews have been selected to play in the tournament, which runs across the weekend.
The Fest aims to improve the skills of Australia's top soccer players.
The five youngsters will take on the best players from across Australia, with teams from New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland all competing.
A team from Korea is also expected to take part.
Father Dave Gibbs said the boys had been in training for the soccer tournament for the past four weeks.
“Every weekend we have been travelling down to Melbourne so that the boys can practice with their team mates,” he said.
Perez and Kay will be playing with the Victorian Skilleroos team while Gibbs, Matthews and Graham will represent country Victoria.
The tournament, which is strictly for under-12 and under-13 players will see the Bendigo players suit up to play five games across Saturday and Sunday.
Gibbs said it was a great achievement for the budding players.
“All the kids were selected for the tournament from the Skillaroos trials that were held in Melbourne,” he said.
"They are looking forward to playing."
