UNITED Cricket Club will donate half the prize money it won for finishing second in last weekend's Emu Valley Cricket Association Bash for Cash in support of the McGrath Foundation.

As well as donating the money, the Tigers are also participating in Pink Stumps Day on Saturday in their division one clash against West Bendigo at Ewing Park.
The Pink Stumps Day will also include an afternoon tea for a gold coin donation, plus a complimentary drink to all women who attend, while a raffle with the first prize of a cricket cap signed by Glenn McGrath will be held.
Pink Stumps Day is in support of the McGrath Foundation, with money raised helping to place breast care nurses in communities across Australia, as well as increasing breast awareness in young Australian women.
"Pink Stumps Day is a great way to provide not only awareness of breast cancer, but recognise the work by women in cricket and sport in general," United vice-president Ryan Currie said on Friday.
"Wives, mothers, girlfriends and sisters play a huge part in making sure that cricket runs smoothly.
"United has really got behind this great cause by already donating half their winnings from the Bash for Cash.
"By the end of it we hope to raise a lot more."
Saturday is day two of round 11 in the EVCA, with a mix of one-day matches and games continuing from last weekend to be played.
