The women's only event will take centre stage with the race taking place in Lyttleton Terrace, the heart of the Bendigo CBD.
The event was previously known as the Women's Grand Prix cycling series.
More than 60 riders will take part in the event, including Bendigo's own Peta Mullens.
Defending series champion Jenny Macpherson is not competing this year, while cyclist Nicole Whitburn will carry the number one tag.
A Novice skills session will be held first while the division three criterium will be held at 12.30pm, division two at 1.30pm and division one at 2.40pm.
Presentations will be held just before 4pm.
