The team, which is filled with the best players from across country Victoria, has been granted one of six licenses to play in the competition.
It is the second straight year the Country All Stars will compete in the event.
Premier League is the highest level of club-based competition in Victoria, with former top Australian player Peter Luczak among those participating.
The Country All Star’s squad has been announced with Bendigo and Echuca tennis players making the team.
Bendigo’s Curt Garwood and Echuca duo Regan More and Erik Holt Crossman will play in the month-long prestigious tournament.
Adam Fleming, also from Bendigo, has been named as an emergency in the men's competition.
Tennis ace Eliza Long is also taking part in the women’s draw with the MCC Tennis team.
The Bendigo teen is just one of two regional women playing in the tournament.
Tennis Victoria’s competitions manager Jeff Downes said he was excited about the competition.
“Last year some significant changes were made to the competition with the inclusion of prize money, a reduction in the team size, tweaks with match format, Super Rounds and the inclusion of the Men’s Country All Stars," he said.
“Following these successes we are really looking forward to another showcase month of quality tennis.”
The Country All Stars will play their first match on March 10 against Grace Park Tennis Club.
The All Stars will also have their home super round played on March 23 at the Bendigo Bank Tennis Complex.
