East's swimmers excelled in waters they know well at the Bert Graham Memorial Pool.
A squad of 49 represented Bendigo East across 180 events for eight to 14 years.
East's swimmers qualified for 107 events at next month's All Junior Country semi-finals at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre.
Highlights for Bendigo East at Sunday's carnival were wins by Anna Mittell, 14, in the 14-years 50m backstroke, breast-stroke, butterfly and freestyle.
Harry Downing, 11, was first in the 11-years backstroke, butterfly and freestyle finals.
James Mittell, 12, won his backstroke and breast-stroke events, was runner-up in fly and third in free.
The 13-years class included wins by Katilyn Morgan in backstroke, fly, freestyle, and second in breast-stroke.
Maggie Skewes, 10, won in backstroke, fly and freestyle, and was runner-up in breast-stroke.
Kiara Verbeek, 13, won in breast-stroke and was runner-up in fly and freestyle.
Lilly Skipper, 12, was first in backstroke, breast-stroke and freestyle.
The Waller siblings, Ethan, 13, and Sophie, 11, had two wins apiece.
