A super over was required to decide the final after Mandurang and United finished tied on 5-130 off their 10 overs.
United needed two runs off the last ball of regulation to win the game.
The ball flew to short fine leg where a catch was dropped and the Tigers' batsmen ran a single to level the scores.
Mandurang batted first in the super over, but only lasted five balls off United star Alex Collins.
Matt Giri and Geoff Thompson were both dismissed with six runs scored.
Needing seven runs off their super over to win the title, the Tigers opened with Alex Collins and Josh Filo.
Collins scored a single off the first ball from Mandurang captain Warrick Behrens.
However, second ball Behrens collected a straight drive from Filo and Collins had backed up too far.
Behrens gleefully whipped the bails off to leave United 1-1 with four balls remaining.
Next ball, Behrens clean bowled Filo to secure victory for Mandurang.
It was the Rangas first win in the Bash For Cash competition and their victory denied United a second-straight trophy.
