The Spirit cruised to a 97-68 victory in a brutal performance.
With the win, Bendigo ended the regular season on top of the ladder with a 22-2 record.
The Spirit were never threatened by the Thunder, leading 29-18 at quarter-time, 49-37 at half-time and 71-49 at the final change.
Leading players for the Spirit included All-Star Gabe Richards (22 points, 13 rebounds), Chelsea Aubry (17 points, seven rebounds), stand-in captain Kelly Wilson (13 points, eight assists) and Maddie Garrick (12 points).
Nine of the Spirit's 10 players scored during the rout.
The Spirit's score of 97 was the third highest in their six-year history.
In three games against Logan this season, the Spirit won them all by a combined 73 points.
