Hai Lil, trained by Allen Browell, is set to have her second start back from a spell in the tab.com.au Trophy (1400m) at Flemington on Saturday.
The four-year-old, who hasn't finished worse than fifth in her past nine starts, impressed with a fast-finishing second at Moonee Valley on January 24.
Hai Lil is entered to take on the males on Saturday, but she will be suited by the drop in weight to 54kg.
The Lloyd Williams-owned Foundry and The United States are entered for the same race as Hai Lil.
The imports are yet to have a start in Australia.
Classy stayers Zabeelionaire and Hvasstan are also amongst the entries.
The daughter of Churchill Downs has won six of her 13 career starts, including a win at Flemington last winter.
Umgeton looks set to resume in a heat of the Essendon Mazda 55 Second Challenge (955m) at Moonee Valley on Friday night.
The six-year-old mare hasn't raced since finishing last in the Group Two McEwen Stakes (1000m) at Moonee Valley in September.
Trained by Brendon Hearps, Umgeton thrives at the Valley.
First-up last April, Umgeton ran a gutsy second at Sandown before winning over 1000m at Caulfield.
Umgeton will carry topweight of 60kg at the Valley. The Peter Moody-trained duo Athenian Girl and Brilliant Bisc and Darren Weir-trained Royal Bender are among the other higher-rated horses entered for Umgeton's event.
