The yellow speedboat was stolen on either Saturday night or in the early hours on Sunday morning from the side of the Northern Highway near Elmore.
Constable Nathan Guerin of Bendigo Police said the boat was stolen between 10pm and 7am.
"It is a yellow speedboat with Thunda God written on the side of it," Constable Nathan Guerin said.
"It was parked on a trailer on the side of the Northnern Highway and was padlocked to a tree.
"We believe the thieves have cut the chain and attached the boat to the car.
"It's hard to believe they have pushed it anywhere."
Constable Guerin said the owner of the boat is from Elmore.
Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Bendigo Police on 5448 1300.
