FULL credit to Bendigo Mazda staff for throwing their support behind National Red Balloon Day on February 28 to thank our brave fire crews for their efforts this summer. 

The concept continues to gain momentum and let's hope becomes a grand spectacle on the day.

The region has seen many 'great saves' thanks to the good work done by fire crews on land and in the air.

Toolleen. Harcourt North. Dingee. Malmsbury. Kyneton. Redesdale. These areas and the residents that call them home have all faced fires which could have had disastrous consequences but for the quick action of fire crews and property owners.
