A reader, who asked to be known as Seal, has uploaded a time-lapse video of their egg frying in an aluminium container on their footpath.

The cracking attempt was made between 3:10pm to 4:45pm Sunday.
According to the Bureau of Meteorology the weather in Bendigo was 41 degrees at the time.
"The egg white was under half cooked, the yolk was semi hard but not all the way there," Seal said.
"Next high temperature day, I will try again but with metal."
