Walsh completed the long-course duel over 500m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run at Bridgewater in 50.46 minutes.
He won last month's Echuca Triathlon.
Despite the heat, the 11th running of Bridgewater FNC's event drew more than 280 starters.
The swim leg was in the Loddon River.
Walsh sprinted to victory ahead of Bendigo Triathlon Clubmates Cam Ladd, 58.34, and Jason Sim, 60.35.
First of the women in the long course was Shai O'Brien, 63.11, from Lauren Menz, 67.57, and Alison Cartner, 72.54.
The short-course triathlon was 250m swim, 10km cycle and 3km run.
Top two in the men's open were Patrick O'Brien and Callum Prest.
Leaders in the women's open were Theresa Martin and Maree Payne.
The junior boys race on the short course was won by Alexander Evans from Matthew Heislers.
Best in the junior girls were Carly and Josephine Isaac.
The duathlon, 2km run, 20km cycle and 3km run was won by Paul Pumpa.
The fun triathlon was a 50m swim, 3km cycle and 1km run.
Major sponsors were Inglewood District Community Bank, Bridgewater Bakehouse, Loddon Shire, and Bridgewater Farmware.
Organisers praised Marong SES and Vicroads who helped ensure the smooth running of the event.
