Two nights after winning the junior 1km time-trial, the Bendigo teenager blitzed his rivals in Friday night's junior keirin final.
On Thursday night, he was also crowned national junior champion in the sprint after finishing second to Korea's Jeone Park.
Dean turned the tables in Friday night's keirin.
After scoring an easy win in his heat, Dean had too much speed for Park in the concluding stages of the keirin final.
The victory all but guarantees Dean a berth in the Australian squad for this year's world junior championships.
